Rare LP Nak Somdej
Phim ProkBodhi DhanSam
Mid 2480s-Early 2490s

This is a rare-to find Somdej Phim ProkBodhi Dhansam, made & blessed by LP Nak between mid 2480s - early 2490s. The content of the Somdej is "Nua Jaad", looking so much like multi-million Baht Somdej PhraPhutDhacharn (Toh)'s old-version Somdej Wat Rakang (SWR).

The Somdej looks classic by its surface and content, and prefered by professional collectors. The Somdej was mixed with LP Nak's holy powder and a large quantity of fine ground old-version SWR fragments which cause the content "Nua Jaad" look. It's only Wat Rakang that could make the super elegant content of this kind by its own specific formula.

By carelessly and quickly looks, the Somdej has five tiers but actually the first and the third (from the top) are just the minor tiers which called in Thai amuletological term as "DhanSam".

Dhan = base, tier; Sam = inserted, in between. It's so called Dhansam because the two minor tiers are located between the major tiers.

The right edge of the Somdej has a shallow concaved characteristic (see above pic) caused by the content shrinkage as a long time passed by. So many old-version SWR also have concaved edges like this. The concaved edge characteristic confirms its high age, and this is an advanced technique that often use by professionals to verify old-version SWR and high-age powder amulets of some certain contents.

The LP Nak Somdej ProkBodhi DhanSam can absolutely be used as a substitution to multi-million Baht old-version SWR made & blessed by Somdej PhraPhutDhacharn (Toh) of Wat Rakang. The price for an old-version SWR is now running between 5-40 million Baht depending on mold and conditions, but the above LP Nak Somdej is so much cheaper in price--it's a smart choice for smart people.

The LP Nak Somdej ProkBodhi Dhansam's properties are broadly covering as of old-version SWR viz life protection, life & career progress, Metta, wealth & fortune drawing, and family harmony, etc.

LP Nak, the late Abbot of Wat Rakang, was making and blessing holy powder Somdejs very long years since early 2480s until early 2510s, so there are many tens of molds for LP Nak Somdejs.

LP Nak was one of the country's greatest Guru monks since World War II, contemporarily with many great LPs viz LP Jaad of Wat Bangkrabao, LP Chong of Wat Natang Nok, LP Kong of Wat Bangkraphom, LP (Y)ie of Wat Sattaheep, LP Lua of Wat Sao ChaNgok, etc.

LP Nak was invited to join the country's two important consecration ceremonies, one is Indochine Chinnaraj mini statue in B.E.2485 and the other the Phra Leela 25 Buddha Sattawas in B.E.2500.

LP Nak attained highest Dhamma; as widely said in among advanced Dhamma-practice monks that when he was blessing amulets, his meditative power was emitting very large bright, cold beam covering all amulets before him--implying great properties for his amulets on Metta, KlaewKlaad, and fortune.

LP Nak passed away in B.E.2514 at the age of 87.
