| The above ivory-tusk carving, heart-shaped Nangkwak made and blessed
by LP Kant, Wat KaoKaew, NakonSawan province, in early 2500's. LP Kant's Nangkwak of heart
shape is rather rare. Candle-wax
like look of the Nangkwak and the original, well preserved old-style bronze frame confirms
its age. The powder dust on the Nangkwak's lower surface is prefered to left like that as
on the traditional way by professionals, and it can be easily removed by lukewarm water
and a cotton bud.
The LP Kant Nangkwak is for Metta, wealth & fortune fetching, suitable for a lady who
is student, employee, executive, or firm/shop proprietress, etc.
For reservation purpose, the Nangkwak with its original bronze frame was wholly encased
with a silver casing of good craftmanship, and now it's a good great gift for your wife,
your dear lover, or your daugther, etc.
LP Kant is famous for his ivory carving amulets after his teacher--LP Doem. All his
carving amulets can be worn as substitution to his teacher's with same properties &
efficacies, but with much lower in price. LP Kant ivory amulets are of Phayuha's
craftmanship, the same source as of his teacher. The physical difference between LP Kant
and LP Doem ivory amulets is that LP Kant's stuffs look newer due to later
creation.
LP Kant was a close disciple of LP Doem,
Wat NongPho, Nakonsawan. He had learned with LP Doem since his early years of ordination.
LP Kant finished ivory-tusk amulet and MeedMoh creation by LP Doem's teaching. It's widely
known that LP Kant ivory-tusk carving amulets can be used as substitution to LP Doem's.
LP Kant had been ordained in B.E. 2455 and became LP Doem's disciple in the early years of
his ordination. He was appointed to be the Abbot of Wat KaoKaew in B.E.2461. LP Kant
passed away in B.E. 2513 at the age of 79, after living in his monkhood for 58 years. |
